Snagit 2019 | Previous Version
Snagit is a screen capture software that captures video and images display. If you have the software Snagit, you can blur an image easily. Please follow the steps below to blur an image, or please check here if you have an earlier version.
Step 1: Screen capture any picture;
Step 2: Click "Blur" from the Ribbon (Snagit official website www.techsmith.com);
If you cannot find the "Blur" command, please click "More" to find from the drop-down list.
Step 3: On the right pane, select the blur type and intensity;
Step 4: Drag a shape on the picture and cover the portion you want to blur.
