How to Assign a Contact Category Shortcut in Outlook

You can change the contact category color, also you can assign the contact category a shortcut, which is a faster way to get the contact folder:

Step 1: Click "People" button to open the contact window;

Step 2: Click the "Categorize" button from the "Home" tab;

Step 3: Choose "All Categories" from the drop-down list;

Step 4: In the "Color Categories" window, click the contact category, then assign the category a shortcut;

Step 5: Click OK to finish.
