The shortcut Alt+Q is to open the box of "Tell me what you want to do" from the Ribbon. You can use the shortcut to activate the "Tell me" box whenever you need help or tips.
Step 1: Click anywhere in the worksheet;
Step 2: Press the "Alt" key from the keyboard, then press the letter "Q" from the keyboard. Your mouse cursor will move into the search box;
Step 3: In the box, type the keywords of the question and select the option from the drop-down list. For example, to freeze the top row.
Since the "Tell me" box will also display in the ribbon, you do not necessarily use the shortcut moving the cursor to the box. Instead, you can directly click the box and start your search.
