If you have the bookmarks bar shown in Google Chrome, you can add, edit or remove any site you visit. Please see below for details:
Step 1: To add a website to the bookmarks bar: While the page opens, right-click on the bookmarks bar, and click "Add page" from the list;
Step 2: The webpage can have a long name, for example, "How to Change Fo…". The long name is fine, but the items you will see become less when the names are too long;
Step 3: To edit a name from the bookmarks bar, right-click on the bar, and select "Edit" from the list;
Step 4: Type a short name in the first box and click "Save" at the bottom;
Step 5: To remove one site from the bookmarks bar, right-click on the bar, and select "Delete" from the list.
