How to Add a Recurring Appointment in Outlook

You may want to set up some appointments (e.g., doctor or dentist appointments) as recurring appointments because they happen every once a while. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click the "Calendar" box from the taskbar;

Step 2: Click the appointment you want to make it recurring;

Step 3: Click "Reoccurrence" under the "Appointment Series" tab;

Step 4: The "Appointment Recurrence" window appears, and in the window:

– Check "Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly" to decide how often the appointment will be;

– Decide which day is the appointment from Sunday to Saturday;

– Choose when the appointments will stop.

– Click "OK" to close the window.

Step 4: The appointment is set up as a recurring appointment. In the Outlook calendar, it is now with a symbol of the circle in the lower-right corner to show that it's a recurring appointment.
