International Day of the World's Indigenous Peoples, or World Tribal Day, is a regional holiday in India, and it is observed on August 9 each year.

International Day of the World's Indigenous Peoples is to recognize and celebrate the cultures and contributions of Indigenous people to their homeland, also to raise awareness and protect the indigenous people's rights.
