The key Shift is to extend the selection. When you press and hold the "Shift" key, you will select all the cells in the data range.
Step 1: Click the first cell of the data range;
Step 2: Press and hold the "Shift" key from the keyboard, then click the last cell of the data range. All the cells between will be selected.
