When you use a browser, almost all of them including Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or FireFox, will ask you to set as your default browser. When you click "Yes", the browser will become your default browser. However, if you missed this conversation, you want to set one browser such as Googe Chrome as your default browser, please see the steps below:
Step 1: Click the "Start" button from the left-bottom corner, and click the "Settings" icon;
Step 2: From the Windows Settings list, select "Apps";
Step 3: In the new window, click "Default apps" from the menu on the left;
Step 4: Move down to the "Web browser" section at the bottom;
Step 5: Click on the current default browser (e.g., Microsoft Edge) and select "Google Chrome" from the list.
You can also stop Google Chrome and change to another default browser.
