When working with the large data in Google Sheets, you can make a pivot table. Please see below for details:
Step 1: Click anywhere in the data range;
Step 2: Click the "Data" tab from the ribbon;
Step 3: Click "Pivot table" from the drop-down list;
Step 4: Select the location of the pivot table: "New sheet" or "Existing sheet";
Step 5: Click the "Create" button and you are in the pivot table window. In the pivot table window, select the rows (e.g., Region), columns (e.g., Gender), values (e.g., Values), and filters;
Step 6: A pivot table is ready;
Step 7: To hide row totals, uncheck "Show totals" in the "Rows" section;
Step 8: To hide column totals, uncheck "Show totals" in the "Columns" section.
