Using screenshot function, you can easily insert a snapshot of an open window into the Excel file. Please follow the steps below for details:
Step 1: Click anywhere in the worksheet;
Step 2: Click the "Insert" Tab from the ribbon;
Step 3: Click "Screenshot" in Illustrations section;
In Excel 2019, you need to click "Illustrations" first, then "Screenshot".
Step 4: Select a snapshot from "Available Windows";
Step 5: You can move or re-size the snapshot if necessary.
