Please follow the steps below to shrink text if they are too long or too big for one cell. The disadvantage to shrink the contents is that the contents can become too small and hard to read.
Step 1: Select the data range you need to shrink;
Step 2: Right-click to bring up the dialog box, and click "Format Cells";
Step 3: Check "Shrink to fit" under Text control;
Step 4: Click "OK" at the bottom.
