By default, Quick Access Toolbar is located on the very top, which is a toolbar with a set of commands for you to quickly finish your work. If you think it is too far from your work and want to move them closer to your working area, i.e., moving it below the Ribbon, please follow the steps below:
Method 1: Through Quick Access Toolbar
Step 1: Click the small triangle at the end of the Quick Access Toolbar;
Step 2: In the drop down list, click "Show Below the Ribbon".
Method 2: Through File>>Option
Step 1: Click the "File" Tab from the ribbon;
Step 2: Click "Options" from the left navigation menu;
Step 3: Click "Quick Access Toolbar" from the left navigation menu;
Step 4: Check "Show Quick Access Toolbar below the Ribbon" under the first box;
Step 5: Click "OK" at the bottom.
