After finishing your work, you can share with other people. Please see below for details:
Step 1: Click the "File" Tab from the Ribbon;
Step 2: Click Share, then Share with People;
Step 3: On the right of the Excel worksheet, a Share Window will appear. Add a person's emails using your address book. Select "Can edit" or "Can view" from the list;
Step 4: Click "Share" at the bottom.
