If you use a drop-down list for your data collection and when you have the data, you may want to remove the drop-down to keep your data static. Please follow the steps below for details:
Step 1: Select the cell or cells with the drop-down list;
If you are not sure where the cells with drop-list are, please follow the path below to find all cells:
"Home >> Find&Select >> Go To Special >> Data validate >> All"
Step 2: Click the "Data" Tab from the ribbon;
Step 3: Click "Data Validation" in the "Data Tools" section;
Step 4: Click the "Settings" tab, and click "Clear All" at the bottom;
Step 5: Click "OK" at the bottom. The drop-down list is removed.
