Quick Access Toolbar is a toolbar with a set of commands for you to quickly finish your work. If you need to remove some commands that you are not using, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click the small triangle at the end of the Quick Access Toolbar;
Step 2: In the drop-down list, click the command that you do not want, the check in front will disappear;
Step 3: For example, to remove "Print Preview" from the Quick Access Toolbar, click on "Print Preview and Print" in the drop-down list. The print icon will disappear from the quick access bar.
