When you add or change the data source that your Pivot Tables are built on, you need to refresh your Pivot Table, otherwise the Pivot Table will not reflect the changes you just made. Please follow steps below:
Step 1: Right-click anywhere in the Pivot Table;
Step 2: Click "Refresh" from the list.
Alternatively, you can refresh with the commands in the ribbon.
Step 1: Click any cell in any Pivot Table;
Step 2: Click the "Analyze" Tab from the Ribbon (or the "Options" Tab earlier version);
Step 3: Click the arrow under "Refresh" command;
Step 4: Select "Refresh All" from the list.
