Step 1: Click the cell where you want to insert the picture;
Step 2: Click the "Insert" Tab from the ribbon;
Step 3: Click "Pictures" in the "Illustrations" section;
In Excel 2019, you may need to click "Illustrations" first, then "Pictures".
Step 4: Browse the folder to find the picture, then click "Insert" button.
