A synonym is a word or phrase that means exactly or nearly the same as another word, and an antonym is a word opposite in meaning to another. You often will need to find the synonym or antonym for a word to make improve the writing quality. Please see below for details:
Step 1: Select the contents and click the "Review" tab from the ribbon;
Step 2: Click "Thesaurus" from the Proofing section;
Step 3: You will get a window on the right side of the file with all the results. Right click on one result and click "Insert" to replace the word in the file;
