Quick Access Toolbar is a toolbar with a set of commands for you to quickly finish your work. Please see the steps below to customize your Quick Access Toolbar.
Mostly, you will add or remove a command by clicking the triangle at the end of the Quick Access Toolbar, then to select the command from the drop-down list.
However, you can also add or remove a command by using "options" commands as below:
Step 1: Click the "File" from the ribbon;
Step 2: Click "Options" from the left navigation menu;
Step 3: Click "Quick Access Toolbar" from the left navigation menu;
Step 4: Search for the command from the left box, then click "Add" button in the middle moving it to the right box;
Step 5: Click "OK" at the bottom to apply the changes.
