The recent documents list will let you quickly access the files you worked on recently. It is convenient and fast to open an Excel file. To decide how many recent documents to show up in the list (e.g., 10 posts or 20 posts), please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click the "File" Tab from the ribbon;
Step 2: Click "Options" from the left navigation menu;
Step 3: Click "Advanced" from the left navigation menu in the dialog box;
Step 4: Change the number at the end of "Show this number of Recent Documents" under the section of "Display";
Step 5: Click "OK" at the bottom to apply the changes.
