You can export your contacts from Outlook and transfer them to another account (see how to import a CSV file). One of the popular methods is to export the contacts to a CSV file. Please see the steps below for details:
Step 1: Click "File" tab from the Ribbon;
Step 2: Click "Open & Export" from the left navigation bar, then click "Import/Export" from the list;
Step 3: Click "Export to a file" and click "Next";
Step 4: Select "Comma Separated Value", then click "Next";
Step 5: Navigate to "Contacts" folder and click "Next";
Step 6: Browse to the location where you want to save the file and click "Next";
Step 7: Click "Finish" and the contacts will be exported to the location.
