If you work with Excel 2019 or the version after, you can create a 3D map. Please see the steps below:
Step 1: Select the data for the map;
Step 2: Click the "Insert" tab from the ribbon;
Step 3: Click the "3D Map" in the "Tours" section;
Step 4: Click the "3D Map" in the "Tours" section and a 3D map will appear;
Step 5: In the new map, set up the "Height" (e.g., Expense) and the "Category" (e.g., States);
Step 6: A map with the data will display in the worksheet;
Step 7: You can also change the map from the column chart to the bubble chart;
