When visiting a website, Google Chrome will automatically store your browsing history and cookies, which is to optimize the performance of surfing the internet. Please see below to clear the history in Google Chrome.
Step 1: Open Google Chrome;
Step 2: Click the Google setting icon from the top-right corner;
Step 3: Click the "History" from the drop-down list;
Step 4: Select "History" from the extended list;
Step 5: If you only want to delete a couple of the record, please select the items you want to delete by checking the box in front of the item, then click the "Delete" button;
Step 6: Otherwise, click the "Clear browsing data" from the left menu;
Step 7: Select the time range (e.g., "All time") in the new dialog box;
Step 8: Select the items you want to clear such as browsing history, cookies and cached images.
Step 9: Click the "Clear data" button at the bottom.
