In Outlook, here are 3 ways to define the first week of the year. By default, Outlook defines the first week of the year as the week with January 1, but you can change to the week such as "First 4-day week" or "First full week". Please see the steps below for details:
Step 1: Click the "File" tab from the Ribbon;
Step 2: Click "Options" from the left navigation to open "Outlook Options" window;
Step 3: Click "Calendar" from the left navigation;
Step 4: In "Work time" section, click the box right after "First week of year" and choose one of the 3 options;
– Starts on Jan 1;
– Firs 4-day week;
– First full week;
Step 5: Click "OK" to close the "Outlook Options" window.
