How to Always Show Images in Outlook Messages

You can protect your computer by blocking images in the new messages. The outlook is configured by default to block automatic picture downloads from the Internet. However, you can unblock pictures if you think they are safe to download.

Step 1: Click the "File" tab from the Ribbon;

Step 2: Click "Options" from the left navigation;

Step 3: In the "Outlook Options" window, click "Trust Center" from the left navigation;

Step 4: Click "Trust Center Settings" in the new window;

Step 5: Click "Automatic Download" from the left menu, then uncheck "Don't download pictures automatically in standard HTML e-mail messages or RSS items" box;

Step 6: Click "OK" at the bottom.
