After restarting my computer today, all my Microsoft products turned black. I have been using the light background all the time and do not feel comfortable with this black background. So, after trying several minutes, I decided to turn them back to the white one.
Step 1: Open any Microsoft product, like Word or Excel (I used Word file in this example), and click the File from the ribbon;
Step 2: Click the "Acount" from the left navigation panel;
Step 3: Move the cursor to the "Office Theme" and select "White" or "Colorful".
Now you should have a different color.
