You might need to increase or decrease the number of decimals while working with numbers. Please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Select the cells with numbers;
Step 2: Click the "Home" Tab from Ribbon;
Step 3: Click "Increase Decimal" to increase the number of decimals, or click "Decrease Decimal" to decrease the number of decimals; please note that one click will only increase or decrease one decimal.
Alternatively, please use the method below to "Format Cells":
Step 1: Select the cells with numbers;
Step 2: Right-click to have the dialog list, then click "Format Cells";
Step 3: In the "Format Cells" window, change the number in the box;
Step 4: Click "OK" to have the number of decimals.
