Ctrl+Shift+1 formats numbers to have two decimals, thousands separator, and minus sign (-) for negative values. Please also check shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Exclamation Point (!).
Step 1: Select the data you want to format;
Step 2: Press and hold the Ctrl and Shift keys, then press the number "1" from the keyboard.
