In Gmail, you can send messages as another address if you own other email addresses. You can use Gmail to send messages as your work or school email address.
Step 1: Log in your Gmail account (please refer here to open one if you do not have an account yet);
Step 2: In the Gmail account, click the "Setting" button from the right-top corner;
Step 3: Click the "Settings" command from the drop-down list;
Step 4: Click the "Accounts and Import" tab in the settings menu;
Step 5: Click the "Add another email address" in the "Send mail as" section;
Step 6: Enter your email in the next window, and click "Next Step";
Step 7: Enter the email password in the next window, and click "Add Account";
Step 8: Log in to your email account and enter the verification code in the next window;
Step 9: You will see the new email is now on the list. You can decide to use the new email or default email as the reply email.
