It happened that the touchpad on my laptop does work, and there is an orange light on. What is the trouble?
The orange light is to indicate the touchpad is locked or not.
- By default, the orange light is off. When the orange light is off, the touchpad is unlocked, and you use it;
- When the orange light is on, the touchpad is locked, and you cannot use it.
If the orange light is on, please try the following 2 methods:
- The simple way is to quickly double-tap on the orange light.
- However, this may be different depending on the model of your laptop. If double-tap does turn off the light, please try to hold on the orange light for several seconds.
