Kang is the local name of the regional holiday of Rath Yatra in the state of Manipur, India, and it is observed on the second day in the bright fortnight of Ashadha month.
Kang is an important festival in the Meitei community of Manipur, and celebrates the journey of Lord Jagannath, along with his sister Subhadra and the brother Balabhadra.
