How to Make a Radar Chart

A Radar Chart is a chart displaying multivariate data in the form of a two-dimensional chart. You will need at least three data components to make a simple radar chart. For example to compare two students' marks in 5 subjects.

Step 1: Select all 5 subjects' scores (Math, Science, Language, Social Study, Arts);

Step 2: Click the "Insert" Tab from the ribbon;

Step 3: Select one of the "Radar" Charts in the Chart area. In this example, we select the first type;

Step 4: A Radar Chart will be created.

Step 5: Change Chart Title: Click on the title then select the words inside the box to replace with the proper ones;

Step 6: Chart Legend: To change the position of legend, double click then select one of the following locations: Top, Bottom, Left, Right, Top Right.

Step 7: Format Axis: Right click on Radar (or Value) axis, in the dialog, select "Format Axis", then change the value in the "Format Axis" window to adjust the chart.
