How to Highlight Cells that are Between Two Values

Using conditional formatting, you can quickly highlight the numbers with values that are between two values. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Select the data range;

Step 2: Click the "Home" tab from the Ribbon;

Step 3: Click the "Conditional Formatting" command in the "Styles" section;

Step 4: Click the "Highlight Cells Rules" command from the drop-down list, then select "Between" from the extended list;

Step 5: Enter the smaller number in the first box (e.g., $63,778.00) and the larger number in the second box (e.g., $89,909.00) and format the font and cell color;

Step 6: Click "OK" at the bottom and the numbers that are between the two values will be in a different color.
