You can delete an email account from Outlook whenever you need to. Removing an account from Outlook does not deactivate your email account but you will no longer receive messages from that account in Outlook. Please follow the steps below for details:
Step 1: Click "File" in the ribbon;
Step 2: Click "Account Settings" in the "Info" section, and select "Account Settings" from the drop-down list;
Step 3: Select the account you want to delete in the "Account Settings" window, click "Remove";
Step 4: A warning message appears to confirm, click "Yes" to continue and the account is deleted;
Step 5: Click "Close" at the bottom to close the window.
