Time zone in Outlook is important and will affect all your events (e.g., meetings, appointments) in the calendar. Normally you do not need to touch the time zone, but you can change to a different time zone in the situations you need to change. For example, you are on a business trip to another country.
Step 1: Click the "File" tab from the Ribbon;
Step 2: Choose "Options" from the left navigation to open the "Outlook Options" dialog box;
Step 3: Click "Calendar" from the left navigation bar;
Step 4: Move down and find "Time zones" section, click the time zone box and choose one of the time zones from the drop-down list;
Step 5: Click "OK" to close the "Outlook Options" window.
