Ctrl+C: Copy Selected Cells

The shortcut Ctrl+C is to copy the selected cells. It is commonly together with the shortcut "Ctrl+V", which is to paste the copied content.

Step 1: Select the cells to copy; if you select the whole data range, please check the shortcut "Ctrl+A";

Step 2: Press and hold the "Ctrl" key from the keyboard, and then press the letter "C". You will notice the surrounding line for the selected data changes from a solid line to a dotted line;

Step 3: Move the cursor to the place where you want to copy to and press the shortcut "Ctrl+V" to paste.

Alternatively, you can always copy the contents with the following steps:

Step 1: Select the content you want to copy;

Step 2: Right-click and select "Copy" from the new dialog box.
